التون جان با نام اصلی رجینالد کنث دوایت خواننده، آهنگساز و نوازنده معروف پیانو اهل انگلستان است. التون جان یکی از موفق ترین هنرمندان جهاند در تمامی دوران ها تبدیل شده است.
بیش از ۵۰ اثر او در جدول ۴۰۱ ترانه برتر انگلستان ثبت شده است.
شاید خیلی ها او را با موسیقی متن فیلم شیر شاه (Lion King) به یاد داشته باشند. این ترانه از آلبوم Ice on Fire است منتشر شده در ۱۹۸۵ ، که در انیمشن The Sing نیز از آن استفاده شد.
التون جان در سال ۲۰۱۷ در فیلم کینگزمن : دایره طلایی (Kingsman Golden Circle) ایفای نقش کرد.
